Together into the future: Brasseler celebrates Family Days 2024

• The Family Days 2024 were attended by around 3,500 visitors who came together to celebrate the successes achieved by the company. The corporate family and management expressed their gratitude to the employees for their commitment.
• International theme worlds and various different activities on the Brasseler campus ensured lively entertainment and intensive dialogues.
• The visiting families were given a comprehensive insight into working life at Brasseler and the opportunity to view the new building at the Lemgo site.

Around 3,500 employees, pensioners and their families visited Brasseler’s Family Days on 5 and 6 October. On both days, the company premises in Lemgo were transformed into a colorful world of adventure, inviting the young and the young at heart to marvel and join in on all the fun. Visitors experienced the medical technology company first-hand, and many wonderful memories were created with colleagues and their families.

Family Days strengthen the corporate culture through shared experiences

A wide range of activities as well as numerous interactive booths and food stations were offered on the Brasseler campus. These were themed around the countries in which Brasseler has subsidiaries, i.e. the USA, France, Italy and Austria. Visitors could participate in a variety of exciting games and activities and sample delicious national dishes in the different areas. A varied children’s program with cow milking, a climbing tower, a magic show and many more attractions provided plenty of entertainment. Various musical acts, including the company’s own big band “Big Brass”, contributed to a lively and cheerful atmosphere.

The Family Days provided a valuable opportunity to strengthen the team spirit and corporate culture. “I am delighted to see that Brasseler’s Family Days were attended by so many families and children. It is important to us to convey the values that define Brasseler to even the youngest members of the family” says Kirsten Niehus, representative of the founding family.

A look behind the scenes of a global medical technology company

The visitors explored the Brasseler campus on various walking routes and discovered the different areas of the company. At numerous stations, they were given exciting insights into the company’s processes and technologies. Employees explained their fields of activity in videos specially produced for the Family Days, making even complex processes understandable and clear to everyone.

“It was great to see the enthusiasm with which the visitors explored the various areas of our company. Our employees were proud to show their families what their work at Brasseler is all about and how important it is for our joint success. At the same time, it became clear how closely Brasseler is linked to the site in Lemgo – a central component of our identity,” states Stephan Köhler, Chairman of the Management Board of Brasseler.

Shaping the future together at Brasseler

The year 2023 marked Brasseler’s anniversary themed “100 years of preparation for tomorrow”, which offered a look back at the successes of the last 100 years and a look ahead to a bright future together. The Family Days 2024 built on last year’s celebrations and provided a tangible insight into the company’s development. For example, a tour of the new building in Lemgo illustrated the company’s strategic growth course and modern orientation.
