The family-owned company Brasseler is building a modern training and further education center at its site in Lemgo. An existing building area is being extensively converted for this purpose. Construction work is already in full swing. The building is scheduled for completion in the first quarter of 2025. This future-oriented project represents a significant step towards a modern and innovative learning environment within the company.

Brasseler combines training and further education

The expansion from 450 to 750 square meters will transform the existing training center into a modern, future-oriented learning environment that promotes interdisciplinary exchange. The new training and further education center will offer flexible training rooms for commercial and industrial/technical trainees as well as internal training for all employees. There will also be workshops with modern equipment.

“This new structure promotes cooperation between the trainees in the various areas already during their training,” explains Björn Hartmann, Head of Human Resources at Brasseler.

Participation and innovative learning environments

The new training and further education center will be equipped with state-of-the-art technology and create a modern learning environment. A special control technology room will specifically improve training in the field of automation.

Brasseler’s trainees and apprentices were actively involved in the planning of the new center. In cooperation with the furnishing service provider Pro Office, they made a significant contribution to equipping the new workshops. Hartmann emphasizes: “It is important to us to include the views and ideas of the next generation of specialists. Through the perspectives of our trainees, we are creating an environment in which the talents of tomorrow feel at ease and can therefore develop to their full potential.”
