Our Top Management Team (TMT) works continuously on the strategic direction of our company. This year, our overarching strategy meeting was held May 22-24. Our topics: setting the top down targets for the mid-term planning until 2026, shaping the Brasseler Strategy House, reflecting together and sharing constructive ideas on how to work together. The design of overarching initiatives from the topics of lean management and digitalization / AI were also on the agenda.

We are expanding our position among the top 50 MedTech companies in Germany by consistently implementing our strategies, identifying challenges early on and overcoming them together,” reports Stephan Köhler, Spokesman of the Management Board. “Today, we have laid the foundation for our continued healthy growth. I would like to thank all my colleagues for their intensive cooperation and excellent commitment.”

The TMT circle includes our management and division heads. The meeting was also joined by the extended management circle. The strategic topics of the first two days were intensively deepened and discussed with our Senior Management Team (SMT) on the third day.
