On April 27, 2023, we laid the foundation stone for another building on our Brasseler Campus in Lemgo. In the presence of Anke Niehus, principal shareholder and representative of the owner family, architect Oliver Stüwe, as well as our management and employees, we celebrated this important milestone, which illustrates the strategic development of value creation at the Lemgo site.

In her speech, Anke Niehus referred to the anniversary motto “100 years of preparation for tomorrow”. The new building demonstrates our healthy growth and stands for secure and interesting jobs. Stephan Köhler, spokesman for the management board, emphasized the importance of laying the foundation stone: The broad application of modern concepts in the control and digitalization of production is being initiated today.

Both thanked all those involved in the project for their valuable commitment.
Architect Oliver Stüwe concluded by reporting on the custom of laying the foundation stone, before three cartridges were filled and ceremoniously sunk into the foundation stone. All employees at the site were invited to a snack on the yard grounds that day in beautiful sunshine to celebrate the important event together. Everyone agreed: it was a successful day all round!
